Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We routinely offer discounts for large shows, bulk accounts, as well as nonprofit discounts.

Q: Do you charge an additional fee for after-hours labor?
A: We charge the same rate for scheduled after-hours/weekend labor as we do for standard labor. However, there is an additional fee for labor on some holidays.

Q: What are your terms for "rush" orders?
A: We classify orders made less than one business day in advanced as rush orders. These orders are usually subject to a small rush delivery fee.

Q: How experienced are your techs?
A: We understand that every tech we send out into the field represents our company, and that the quality of the product we offer depends on them. As a result, we are confident that the people we rely on have the skills and experience required to accomplish the tasks at hand.

Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
A: Mill City AV offers free delivery at no charge for most orders over $50.00 within the metro area. Unfortunately, the cost of operating our delivery vehicles requires that we charge a $20.00 delivery fee for orders under $50.00 and trucking costs for large orders or orders outside of the metro area.
